Track 2 Success provides two main services: private tutoring and homework help. Currently we offer these services for most math courses and a few engineering courses but we will be expanding our course offerings in the near future.
Submit a request for tutoring through our online tutoring request form. We will then contact you to confirm the details of your appointment and provide you with the rate. Remember to bring all appropriate materials to the session such as class notes, textbook and any assignments. If you need to cancel an appointment, you must do so at least 12 hours prior to the session or you will be charged for 50% of the session cost. You may pay by cash or money order at the session or prepay through PayPal. If you choose to prepay and must cancel a session, either request a refund through our support page or the amount will be credited automatically to your account to cover future sessions.
Because payment is submitted online through PayPal's secure system, we never see your personal & account information so you can feel completely protected. Our estimate is based on problem difficulty and not on time so you get the best rate possible. Before submitting your questions, please ensure that the document is legible and remember to include any final answers that you may have been given for the assignment as they may help us produce results faster. Combine multiple documents into one document before submitting.
Solutions are usually available within 1 to 24 hours of submission. Exceptions to this are questions submitted during high volume periods (midterms and finals) and assignments that are lengthy. Though we do accept rush orders, we ask that you submit your questions as far in advance as possible especially during high volume periods. If we cannot provide solutions within your requested time frame, you will be notified by phone or email.
